About the role of process operator

As a process operator with us, you play a key role in production. You monitor and control various parts of the manufacturing process using advanced digital systems, manage material flows, and ensure that production runs according to plan. The process operator is the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly and that the final product is of the right quality. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Performing production, sampling, and operator maintenance
  • Monitoring production equipment to keep track of its current condition in order to catch deviations as early as possible
  • Reporting deviations according to established procedures
  • Forklift driving

Employment type: Probationary employment for 6 months with a chance for permanent employment.

For this assignment, we are looking for someone who is driven and engaged and wants to contribute to the site's development. Requirements for the position

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Good knowledge of digital tools and systems
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Experience in forklift driving
  • Good physical condition

Meritorious

  • Previous experience in industrial work or production
  • Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or other improvement methods
  • Experience in similar roles
